lisa mertins

i feel special to have heard this story in person. honest :)

Grant Forest

This is 100% chick stuff.

I can't tell you how many times I watched this movie when I was younger. I had the whole thing memorized. Glad to know it didn't touch just me. :)

Peace Love and Momminess

Robby was such a dream, wasn't he. In my heart, I don't think I ever really replaced him. Those blue eyes, black hair, kinda weird voice. What ever happened to him anyway? Sorry I missed you Sat. We went to the 1:00 preview. Hope you guys had fun! Deb

OMG! Matt Dillon in Rumble Fish was YUM! I loved him so much! Watching the link still makes me all crazy. Thanks for the memories.

I forgot all about Robbie Benson until I read this post. I had a secret crush on him, too. I loved Matt Dillon and Rob Lowe and then came Johnny Depp in "21 JumpStreet." I still rank him No. 1.

Mental P Mama

I loved him! Great movie;)

I so loved Ice Castles. I can get teary eyed just thinking about it. I think I was about the same age when I saw it.

Colonel Brandon is dreamy. He would be in my top five, too. Way better than Edward!

Big Hair Envy

I loved him in "Ode to Billy Joe" :) He was all hot and sweaty down in Mississippi....oh, excuse me.

PLEASE tell me you are coming to the VA Blog Fest!!!!!

Ahhh, thanks for the flash back! I've always loved that movie! Great moment to remember! Thanks so much for sharing!

I didn't even have to watch the clip, the first thing I thought when I read "Ice Castles" was that line. So sweet! Thanks for the nice memory.

The musical theme from Ice Castles was what I played for my very first piano recital!

"Since I found you...looking through the eyes of love."

Ann Again

I am so happy that you stopped by my blog today. I've been going through your posts and had to stop to let you know I am TOTALLY enjoying myself here!
I'm glad I found you :->

Andrea - Hip Moms Who Work

Oh, I SO loved this movie. I remember wanting to watch it over and over on my parent's very large VCR with huge buttons. And I would cry so hard I couldn't catch my breath...Thanks for bringing back that memory.
